It's rare to have service so good you are happy to pay a fair price to get the right treatment. They actually take the time to listen and diagnose accurately unlike our last vet, which was essentially an express lane, money grab with very little interest in fixing the root causes. We did not even have to bring her in to get a prescription, which cured her problem as well. Our other brand new cat developed blood in the stool 1 week after we got her. He's the healthiest he's ever been over the last month! We've received multiple follow up calls to check up on us as well.

This also seems to have cured his stomach/bowel issues. Rox' diagnosed him with asthma immediately after seeing a short video clip (the same clip I showed the previous vet) and treated him accordingly with a proper dose of steroids with option to half the dose and play it by ear. In fact, they treated us with a 'you won't do what we say, so we can't help you' kind of attitude.

No option for a lower dose, or alternative treatment. Their only suggestion was a high dose of steroids which made him nearly comatose, and they had no input beyond that. Our original vet basically shrugged off the evidence and didn't have answers, and didn't think it was of concern. Amazing first impressions! We have one 9 year old cat who's had health problems his whole life, particularly chronic coughing and IBS.
